Premier League club Chelsea FC are reportedly in talks with Philippe Coutinho, who is currently on loan from FC Bayern Munich from Barcelona. Coutinho relocated to Barcelona in 2018 after the Liverpool club paid $ 145.00 million to seal a deal that reached the Brazilian offensive midfielder in Barcelona.
The silver lining has Barcelona bought Coutinho as a possible replacement for Neymar Jr., who was sold to Paris Saint-Germain for a sum of £200m, making him the most expensive player in football history. Coutinho’s style of play did not seem to interest Catalan bosses, he was sent on loan to Bayern Munich. He only stayed at the Camp Nou for two years before agreeing to FC Bayern Munich for a season.
